Description

Revopoint Trackit optical 3D scanner

Metrology precision, full mobility and intelligent real-time object tracking – Revopoint Trackit is a comprehensive 3D scanning system that combines a 0.02 mm accuracy optical scanner with an advanced space tracking tracker. It is designed for engineers, CAD designers, quality control specialists, and industrial companies. Trackit provides fast, stable and repeatable scanning of both small components and large objects – without the need for markers. An integrated automatic calibration system, intelligent gimbals and dedicated Revo Trackit software ensure high accuracy and convenience in a variety of measurement environments.

Accuracy without compromise

Revopoint Trackit offers a measurement precision of 0.02 mm and a point distance of up to 0.05 mm, allowing even the finest surface details to be mapped. A set of depth cameras supported by blue lasers (30 lines and 1 single line) is responsible for the measurement, ensuring high accuracy and stability. The obtained data can be exported in popular formats such as PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF or FBX for further use in design and engineering software.

Speed and smoothness of operation

The system achieves scanning speeds of up to 1,500,000 points per second, allowing for efficient digitizing of the object. Thanks to the intelligent tracking of the scanner’s movement in space, you can work smoothly – without markers and without the need to maintain a perfectly fixed position. Track Scan mode enables real-time recording of the scanner’s position and angle, ensuring accurate merging of point clouds even during dynamic movements.

Automatic calibration

The Revopoint Trackit optical 3D scanner eliminates complicated setup by using two gimbals with automatic calibration (Dual-Axis Gimbal System). The Tracker and scanner automatically adjust their position relative to each other, ensuring consistent geometry of the measurement system. The calibration process can be started directly in the software – the system automatically recognizes calibration arrays and synchronizes camera parameters.

Ready to work in any situation

Both the scanner and tracker are made of lightweight yet durable materials – the carbon fiber frame and polycarbonate housing provide resistance to mechanical damage and long life. The devices weigh 1.2 kg and 1.8 kg respectively, operate in a temperature range of 0 to 40°C and can be easily mounted on the included tripods. You’ll transport the whole thing in dedicated carrying cases with wheels, so the set remains fully mobile and ready for use both in the metrology lab and in an industrial environment or workshop.

Versatile scanning modes

The Revopoint Trackit offers several operating modes to suit different measurement scenarios. In Track Scan mode, scanning is done in real time without markers, which works well for small to medium-sized objects. Multi-Position Scan allows large models, such as body parts or machine parts, to be divided into sections and automatically combined into a single point cloud. For challenging surfaces, Marker Scan mode is available, using magnetic or self-adhesive markers to increase the stability of the readout. Regardless of the mode selected, finished models can be saved in popular PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF or FBX formats for use in CAD, CAM and 3D programs.

Revo Trackit advanced software

The Revo Trackit application is the center for managing the entire scanning process. It allows automatic adjustment of depth camera exposures and real-time viewing of the distance and quality of the collected points. It also allows you to pause the scan, verify its progress and resume work at any time. The system automatically merges point clouds and generates a model grid, which speeds up the preparation of the final file. Once the scan is complete, you can easily generate a 3D model, perform basic mesh processing and export the data in the format of your choice.

Professional applications

Revopoint Trackit is designed for engineering, industrial and design applications. The system is ideal for quality control and metrology, enabling precise geometry analysis and mapping of component shapes. It is also a valued tool in reverse engineering, allowing digitization of components without technical documentation. It opens up a wide range of possibilities in prototyping and CAD design, facilitating the transfer of real objects to a digital environment. With support for objects from 10 mm to 6 m in size, Revopoint Trackit is used in industry as well as in technical education or scientific research, offering high accuracy and flexible operation.
