Your project enquiry.

Rav stores the name, email address, project description, preferences, and optional attachment you send through the request form. We use these details to consider your project and contact you about it.

Requests and attachments are held in the website’s hosted database and file storage. The studio inbox is restricted to Rav’s authorised owner account. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please avoid including passwords, medical records, or other sensitive personal information. Attachments are limited to one PDF or image of up to 5 MB.

We also store a temporary salted hash of the connection address to limit automated abuse. We do not save the raw address in enquiry records. Your form entries are kept in the current page while you fill it in; they are not saved in browser storage.
